Shipping Policy

This policy covers how orders from store.truhetu.com, run by Truhetu Digital Media Pvt Ltd, are processed and delivered.

1. Where we ship
We currently ship within India only. Delivery is available to most pincodes. If your pincode can't be serviced, you'll be told at checkout or we'll contact you and refund you in full.

2. Printed apparel
Every apparel item is printed to order after you place it.

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days to print, quality-check and pack.
  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Total: most orders arrive within 4–8 business days. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates. Courier delays, weather, festivals or other events outside our control can affect them.

3. Digital products (e-books, PDFs and study guides)
Digital products are not shipped. After your payment is successful, you'll get a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. If you don't receive it within 2 hours, check your spam folder or email us at hello@truhetu.com.

4. Shipping charges
Any shipping or COD charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offers that apply are also shown there.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible orders and pincodes. Please keep the exact amount ready and accept the parcel when it arrives. If you repeatedly refuse COD orders, we may disable COD for your account.

6. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive the courier name and a tracking link by email and/or SMS. You can also check your order status from your account on the store.

7. Address and delivery issues

  • Please give a complete address, the correct pincode and an active phone number. We're not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or returned because of incorrect details.
  • If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or the delivery wasn't accepted, re-shipping will need to be paid for.
  • If you need to change your address, email us within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order has been dispatched, we can't change the address.

8. Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video and email us within 5 days of delivery. If tracking confirms a parcel was lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
