You can check your order in any of these three ways.
1. Use your tracking link
When your order ships, we send you an email with a tracking link. Tap it to see where your package is.
E-books and PDFs don't ship. Your download link appears on the order page right after payment, and we email it to you too.
2. Log in to see all your orders
Tap Login / Sign up at the top of any page, then choose Continue with Google or enter your email. You'll see every order, its tracking status and your PDF downloads.
Bought without an account? Log in with the same email you used at checkout and your past orders will be there.
3. Still can't find it?
Email hello@truhetu.com with your order number (it starts with #). A real person will reply.
Delivery times
- Printed items are made after you order and dispatch in 2–4 working days.
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch.
- If you ordered more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.
