Is this the same account as Truhetu Learn?
No. The store has its own account. Use the same email as your Truhetu account to keep things simple. You can also check out as a guest.
How do I log in?
Tap Login / Sign up at the top of any page, then choose Continue with Google or enter your email.
How do I get my e-book or PDF?
Your download link appears on the order confirmation page right after payment, and we email it to you too. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder.
How long does delivery take for printed items?
T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts are made after you order and dispatch in 2–4 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
If you ordered more than one printed item, they may be produced and shipped separately. E-books and PDFs never ship — they download instantly.
Can I return an item?
Items are made to order, so we replace or refund only damaged, defective or wrong items. See our Refund Policy.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email or SMS once it ships. You can also see it in your store account or on our Track Your Order page.
