Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If you're under 18, use the Store only with a parent or guardian involved — they're responsible for the order and for these Terms.

Keep your password confidential; you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse or any breach of these Terms.

• Print on demand. Apparel, bottles and gear are made after you order. Slight variation in print placement, size and shade is normal and isn't a defect.
• Screen colours. Colours vary between displays. We photograph honestly, but can't guarantee an exact match to your screen.
• Sizing. Check the size guide first. Sizes are Indian standard and may differ from other brands. A wrong size chosen by you isn't a defect.
• Digital products. E-books, PDFs and wallpapers arrive as downloads once payment is confirmed.
• Availability. We may add, change or discontinue any product without notice.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, appear at checkout before you pay. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order.

If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price or description because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order — even after confirmation — and refund you in full.

Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract forms when we accept the order and send it for production or dispatch. We may decline or cancel for production limits, suspected fraud, an undeliverable address or a pricing error. Cancelled paid orders are refunded in full.

Because items are printed on demand, an order can be cancelled only before it enters production. Email hello@truhetu.com as soon as possible after ordering. Once production begins it can't be cancelled, and digital products can't be cancelled once delivered. Full detail is in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We never receive or store your card, UPI or net-banking details, and your payment is also governed by Razorpay's own terms. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may hold or cancel the related order.

We ship across India. Timelines shown are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or events outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery. Give a complete address and a reachable phone number — repeated failed attempts may mean the parcel returns at your cost. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Because every item is printed individually, we don't accept returns for change of mind or for a wrong size chosen at checkout.

A digital purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload to file-sharing sites or create derivative works from our digital products, or remove branding from them.

The Truhetu name, logo, tagline, artwork, product designs, photographs and copy belong to Truhetu or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international law. Don't copy, reproduce, print, sell or use them commercially without our written permission.

Don't use the Store to break the law, place fraudulent orders, interfere with or gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape data, or upload anything harmful or abusive.

We link to our free learning platform at in.truhetu.com and may link to other services. We aren't responsible for the content, products or policies of any third-party site.

The Store and its products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't warrant that the Store will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that educational content sold or linked here will produce a particular academic result. Nothing here excludes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that can't be excluded by agreement.

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to what you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data or opportunity.

You agree to indemnify Truhetu, its founders, employees and partners against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Store.

We aren't liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control — natural disasters, epidemics, government action, strikes, courier failures, power or internet outages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from any purchase on the Store.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when posted here, and continued use of the Store means you accept the change.
